On The Day Styling Wedding Flower Arrangements & Services

I want you to be able to soak in the atmosphere from the moment you wake up on your Wedding day and all you need to think about is getting pampered with a glass of your favourite and enjoy a little bit of quiet time or have some fun with your favourite people before you walk down the aisle.

You have finalised all your planning, have booked your venue and you have sourced all your bits and pieces. The decor is locked in and the Music List is uploaded, the only thing missing is someone who will put it all together for you On The Day. Let me provide you with a stress free Wedding day with my ‘On-The-Day Styling Service’.

In addition to creating your flower arrangements for your very special day my ‘On-The-Day Styling Service’ includes:

  • 1 site visit to your chosen venue/s

  • Details covered in proposal meeting as required:

    • Ceremony layout and styling elements

    • Reception floor plan

    • Entry styling / bar styling

    • Colour scheme

    • Linen & Napery

    • Decor

    • Place settings

  • On the day - Styling of props, moving items from the ceremony to reception if required

    • Props may include:

      • Placing name labels for tables according to seating chart plan

      • Placing guest gifts (bonbonieres) on each table setting

      • Placing / folding napkins

      • Placing table runners / table cloths

      • Placing candle holders and candles

      • Setting up gift table / wishing well / guest book table with any additional props (photos/cameras/pens etc.)

      • inclusion of 1 other event assistant if required

      • Pack down the day after

      • Unlimited email and phone communication as needed

COST starts at $ 550.00

Additional services on request:

  • Management of all hire goods (booking/delivery/set up/breakdown/pick up)

  • Lighting of all candles before entry to Reception - after that I will leave

  • Pack down the night off the Wedding when Goodbyes have been said

COST for additional services starts at $ 150.00 depending on volume/tasks
